Strategy:

- Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel such that revenue is maximized. Discuss with peers and recommend

- Develop strategies for new product portfolios. Identifies product improvements or new product offerings by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.

Sales:

- Generate a Perpetual pipeline of potential SME leads and large corporate leads from various sources

- Identify business opportunities by classifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

- Cold Calling - a minimum of 25 potential customers to be contacted every day through cold calling.

- 10 fixed appointments to be scheduled per week.

- Actively use social media platforms like LinkedIn and email marketing tools to generate leads.

- Handling and prepare presentations for corporate clients.

- Display excellent negotiation skills for the benefit of the client and the organization.

- Continuously review & ensure sales target are met on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis while flagging concerns in advance.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information related to corporate accounts, especially with respect to cost savings, ROI, travel patterns such that you play an advisory role to the corporate.

- Assist the operations team wherever necessary to liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules.

- Work under pressure and quickly respond to customer issues.

- Responsible for all client payments in case of credit clients.

- Ability to work singlehandedly or with a team.

- Weekly reporting standards (every Saturday) to be maintained.

- Ensure set targets are met and exceeded.

- Ensure continuous learning through internet, assigned training and self-learning on tools and techniques. Be technology focussed at all times.

- Proactive, accurate and attention to detail will be hallmarks.
