Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms, lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams. You should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description :

- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.

- Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.

- Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.


- Managing entire ORM for the brand. Website report sharing on daily basis.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


- Oversee day - to - day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency


- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels


- Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.

Job requirements and qualification :

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics

- An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

- Google Ads certifications

- Team Leading and Managing Capacity

- Offline Conversion Tracking

- Basic understanding of website UI

- Excellence in written and verbal communication.

- Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment

- Strong listening and presentation skills, customer service skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
