Job Description :

- Responsible for generating revenue, tracking, and achieving team sales/revenue targets.

- Lead, manage and motivate the upsell team of 10+ Inside Sales Consultants and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching, and motivating the team.

- Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.

- Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

- Identifying the areas of improvement & KPI's.

- Involve the team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.

- Are dynamic professionals who drive their team to exceed business targets.

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior and expert at creating needs.

- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment.

- Have excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.

Requirements :

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of 10+ people with experience in outbound calling.

- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in managing and leading inside sales team with proven leadership skills

- Go-getter attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills (English proficiency)

- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analysing data and expert in preparing reports.

- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.

- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influence the team and ability to build a strong team
