The Europa Edge - Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive (3-12 yrs)
- Regularly accompany the SE/SSE and sometimes the sales officer.
- To keep market outstanding in control as per decided Rules.
- To keep Discounts in control as per decided Rules
- To ensure that Weekly cycle of Sales is strictly adhered to.
- To give justice to the COMPLETE Range of EUROPA products
- To methodically increase the reach of EUROPA products throughout the assigned market.
- Number of Dealers handling -Minimum 150.
- Regularly review the performance of Team.
- Responsible for OD Activities like- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.
- Prepare Business Plan of Area-sense of Business and Potential
- Branch/ESP/C & F handling-tickets closer.
