The organization :

- We are a UK-based company that aims to transform how students in India learn English - making it higher quality yet more affordable. Our program will let anyone, anywhere, teach and learn excellent spoken English. We have been selected and supported as an outstanding education intervention by Peter Thiel and Tyler Cowan's Emergent Ventures, GSV, the London Mayor's business program, the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, and the Indian National Skill Development Corporation.

Key Responsibilities :

- You will drive sales and build a dynamic market for English Quest program.

- Your success in this role is measured based on your ability to build partnerships and relationships with decision-makers in the school, and achieve sales targets.

- Drive sales operations by enrolling schools for English Quest.

- Visit 6-8 schools per day

- Convenience schools for DISE workshops and demonstrate what English Quest offers to schools and close sales

Skills :

- A robust customer-centric attitude with experience in sales, and client/partner management.

- A team player who thrives in a start-up environment and has a passion to improve the quality of education.

- Ability to understand the needs of the customer, present value propositions, and manage the entire sales cycle.

Qualification/Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business/commerce/economics/engineering or having experience in sales, With excellent English.

- Should be based out of Chennai.

- Should have his own vehicle to commute to schools.

Compensation : 6 to 12 lakhs/annum + additional performance bonus and ESOP
