The Crunch Box - Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
The candidate should have experience in sales & marketing with strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
- He/ She should be able to drive the business growth by creating new sales channels and new markets. The immediate focus will be to create strategies for product penetration in these new & unconventional markets.
- Develop quotes and proposal for the clients and do regular follow-up.
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills .
- Should be a team man who can inspire, motivate and able to build a rapport with the team.
- Should be able to Guide, coordinate, strategize and most importantly implement the sales & marketing plans.
- Should also possess knowledge in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
- Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order.
- Regularly make financial projections and sales targets to motivate the team.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
