The Builders Club Is Looking To Hire BD & Accounts Manager


- We are seeking a talented and motivated Partnerships and BD Lead to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential partners, identifying sales leads, following up on business opportunities, and managing our MIS system. Additionally, this role will require exceptional calendar management skills and the ability to set up calls and meetings with prospective partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and businesses through research, networking, and market analysis. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Sales Calls : Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and effectively communicating their value proposition. Understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.

Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing their inquiries, providing solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Onboarding of New Members : Facilitate the onboarding process for new community members, ensuring a smooth transition into our network. Provide guidance, resources, and support to help members integrate into the community.

Event Operations : Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from scheduling to promotion and post-event analysis.

Content Operations : Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring that it aligns with our brand messaging and strategy. Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to produce engaging content.

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of experience in a business development or partnerships role

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Should understand how to navigate to reach the right key decision maker to crack the partnership

- Communities/startup background preferred

- High ownership: You would own the problem and have a get-it-done mindset
