Requirements for the Role:

1. Catalog Buying from fashion apparel and accessories brands

2. Knowledge on different buying model that can be altered in respect to the vendor one is dealing with

3. Leading end to end Product lifecycle through Buying, Planning & Merchandising for an Online Business.

4. Driving P&L, Inventory, Brand & Consumer experience through New Business Models & Tools

5. You will be expected to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders, so proper public relations are a definite plus.

6. Product planning, production and market analysis of new initiatives for the business

7. Buy for the upcoming seasons in accordance with the buying plan & profitability target.

8. Handling buyers and ensuring their timely deliveries.

9. Ensure smooth functioning of website, sales & customer satisfaction through regular check on all technical aspects, merchandise, visuals, replenishment, prompt response to online queries and timely fulfillment of orders.

10. Responsible for the cataloging - listings of products, proactively resolve product catalog issues.

11. Create Weekly & Monthly MIS Report.

12. Responsible for launching new categories and multiple products - Create, manage and optimize client's product listing.

13. Coordinate with Marketplaces/ e-Commerce portals with catalogs and ensure individual and bulk listings.

14. Monitoring the marketplaces on a daily basis to identify listing errors, price changes, Inventory Update, dispute resolution.

Skills and Knowledge :

1. Minimum experience of 2 + years in the buying space for a female fashion apparel brand

2. Individual must have a natural inclination towards merchandise selection and Vendor management

3. Past experience in dealing with International vendor is a plus

4. Good understanding on fashion and lifestyle brand categories

5. Sense of Commitment and Reliable

6. Good Communication and Language (English) Skills
