The Affordable Organic Store - Team Lead - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
- Work with Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns
- Assist the Manager to develop content calendars
- Create engaging ideas for blog and social media content
- Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
- Analyzing google analytics on a weekly/monthly basis
- Increasing and keeping a tab on the follower count
- Conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand's reach
- Checking the content and providing content ideas
- Working on planning and maintaining timelines
- Communicating design and content requirements to people
- Working on Google and Facebook Ads
Job Requirements:
- Fresher /0.6 years of experience in Social Media handler
- Basic understanding of social media trends
- Highly creative and motivated
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
