We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to handle B2B business with a proven track record of implementing strategies rapidly within the sales team and achieving the sales targets.

Job Description :

- Looking for candidates passionate for a career in technical/IT-Software/Application Sales.

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence for various products coming under the following categories.

- SaaS (Software as a Service)

- CLaaS (Content and Learning as a Service)

- eConference & e-Journal.

- Work with marketing team on effective strategies and finding reference Channel Partners and Target Customers through B2B and B2B2C model.

- Identifying business prospects and reach out to Domestic or international customers to achieve sales.

- Interact with customers in understanding their requirements and prepare a business proposal

- Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, as well as account management.

- Responsible for heading up for expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.

- Travel to areas where needs are projected.

- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

- Demonstrate product features before a sale.

- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.

- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.

- Publish go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.

- Suggest new product concepts, enhancements, and potential new partnerships.

- Present quotes and suggest solutions on customer's needs.

- Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms.

- Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
