Role: Customer Service Executive - TeleMarketing

Location: Noida

Salary: 6 LPA + 10K Monthly EST Bonus Shift

Timings: 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Mon-Sat)

Joining: Immediate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Telemarketing Executives(With American Accent) to generate business and assist other in-house marketing teams in the business development process. Candidate will handle both inbound as well as outbound sales by answering all incoming sales calls and making direct sales calls to prospective customers. Candidate will play a very crucial role in our marketing and business development process as a single point of contact between customer and company for all pre-sales related activities. The role will include all pre-sales tasks including lead generation, sending proposals and every other possible task required for a smooth business deal with a client.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Answering or making calls to clients and customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

- Make outbound calls to customers & pitch them regarding the product.

- Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

- Persuade the customers to buy by demonstrating how products or services meet their needs.

- Deal with complaint & doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.

- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

- Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.

- Tele-marketing/Telecalling/ Generating leads.

- Inbound and Outbound calling for lead generation.

- Ability to work with counter parts in USA for the campaigns.

- Proficient with CRM systems and able to navigate and use different technical platforms.

Skills and Competencies :

- Business Knowledge and Process Knowledge.

- Excellent sales and customer service skills. Preferably US Customer Service.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably American Accent.

- Telemarketing / Selling Skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

- Business/ Telephone Etiquette

- Lead Generation

Qualification :

- Electrical Engineer with minimum of 2 Yrs experience.

- Any certification in Direct Sales will be an added advantage
