Job Description - Zonal Business Head
We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L of the Zone.
- Scale Sales, Distribution, B2B & B2C
- Manage a team of 20-50
- Relationship Management with key accounts, partners, distributors etc
- Handle Events, Trainings, seminars etc
Required Skills :
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager / Sales and Marketing Head.
- Experience into the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience required in field sales, managing campaigns, inventing new marketing strategy etc.
