Job Description :

Campaign Planning : Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly collaboration plans & campaigns to drive the end result

Offers/Promotions : Growth hack listing strategies and work with various internal stakeholders to deliver end results

- Identify new avenues of growth through both digital and discounting charters by initiating new experiments

- Collaborate with internal teams for creative and communication strategy

- Collaborate with agencies and other 3rd party vendors/partners for various campaigns and projects

- Identifying potential marketing Partners - Agency/Vendor Management, Evaluation, on-boarding to drive growth

- Continuously improve on existing knowledge of media buying platforms, marketing tech etc and stay up to date on all industry trends and new technology

- Analyse various data points on a consistent basis to come up with appropriate strategies

- Work closely with the cross-functional teams across product, business, analytics, and finance to ensure visibility and wins for the digital mandates

Desired Skills :

- A Graduate with a minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in managing performance

- Work experience in EdTech Startups, E commerce/Consumer Internet Startups is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and well versed with data tracking tools such as G-Suits etc and office tools like Excel and Powerpoint. SQL familiarity is also an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in working directly with digital marketing agencies, creative agencies, vendors.

- Proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation

- Expertise in data-driven decision making and translating opportunities into actionable.
