Territory Sales Officer - FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Telecom/Battery/Cements (3-5 yrs)
- To drive distribution, secondary sales, and motivate distributor rep team to achieve the sales objectives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands.
- Distributor Management
- Identify & short list potential distributors and create distributor assessment reports
- Educate and train distributors on Company systems & processes
- Manage distributor pipelines, investment, and infrastructure
- Daily activity report
