Territory Sales Officer - FMCG (2-8 yrs)
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands
- The monitor of secondary sales and mid-course corrections and inputs.
- Determine & secure selling infrastructure as per requirements
- Develop & execute territory, town & beat plans as per agreed norms
- Ensure category availability and implementation of "Must Stock SKU's" as per norm.
- Secure primary and secondary visibility as per plan in all targeted premium and special trade outlets
- Determine & ensure execution of Merchandiser route plans
- Supervise POS utilization as per norms, across outlets
- Regulate display contests and trade schemes as per plan.
- Identify & shortlist potential distributors and create distributor assessment reports
- Educate and train distributors on Company systems & processes
- Manage distributor pipelines, investment, and infrastructure.
