Territory Sales Manager - Premium Buck Meat (2-6 yrs)

Company description

Roumash Meat (a brand by Pashu Bajaar): The startup is helping landless farmers pick up goat farming. The company has established a community-driven rearing, health management, and market access of goats. To help strengthen the market access, the company has established a live body weight system - an impartial system enabling traders and farmers to use these parameters to buy from/ sell to newer traders and farmers. To scale this up, an E-commerce platform has been set up. To help the farmers generate a higher value, the organization has established a brand of high quality, premium meat that can be trusted by Customers, Restaurants, Caterers.

Responsibilities :

- Manage meat sales to businesses in a territory in Lucknow

- Ensure sales, logistics, and cash collection processes are followed

- Train and hire sales staff

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements :

- Graduate in any area

- Experience of sales in FMCG or other businesses involving selling to small shops/ businesses

- At least two years experience in managing a sales team

- Strong communication skills

- Unquestionable integrity and dedication to the cause of The Goat Trust/ Pashu Bajaar and Roumash to increase the income of small goat farmers on a large scale

Compensation: INR 50000 Monthly salary plus incentives on six monthly basis. Max CTC: INR 7.5 lakhs.
