Territory Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-9 yrs)

Position : Territory Sales Manager
Roles :
- Management : The agency will be in charge of an eight to ten member on-roll sales management team in the agency channel.
- The sales manager team will be in charge of recruiting team members (life insurance advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
- Educating the group on industry standards with the assistance of the life insurance training department
- Businesses to guarantee that the group is properly prepared to offer life insurance goods in the marketplace.
- Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- Pay attention to managing the sales team, covering the territory, and controlling the spread.
- Develop and oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews in order to create and manage sales and service initiatives.
Qualifications required to apply :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Sound local network
