To be successful as a territory sales manager, you should be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and exercise strong supervision skills. You should also be able to keep up to date with the latest industry movements and define the potential impact they may have on company products and services.

CTC: Up to 6.00 LPA + Variables

Location: Chennai, Erode, Salem, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Madurai

Pay Roll: On Roll - Full Time

Job Roles and Responsibilities of Territory Sales Manager:

- Traveling throughout an allocated region to instruct and guide company sales representatives

- Keeping solid working relationships with customers by providing that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a convenient manner

- Constantly meeting or exceeding sales marks by persuading customers within an assigned region to purchase company products and services

- Analysing sales and marketing data to specify the most effective sales and marketing strategies

- Developing creative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory

- Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs

- Attending trade shows to promote company products and services

- Ensuring that brand awareness within an allocated territory meets organization expectations

- Motivating Agency Partners to achieve sales quotas and assessing their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas

- Monitoring competitors- sales activity within an assigned territory

Candidates Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 3 + Years of Proven Work Experience in Sales and Marketing with team Handling in the BFSI/Pharma and Telecom Sectors

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills

- Effective communication skills

- Exceptional customer service skills
