Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Traveling throughout a designated territory to mentor and train sales people for the organization.
- Preserving good working relationships with clients by attending to their demands and promptly handling complaints.
- Convincing clients in a designated zone to buy the company's goods and services in order to consistently reach or surpass sales targets.
- Evaluating sales and marketing data in order to identify the best sales and marketing strategies.
- Creating creative sales tactics to boost revenue in a designated area.
- Surveying customers to gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
- Promoting company goods and services by participating in trade exhibitions.
- Ensuring that expectations set by the company for brand recognition within a certain zone are met.
- Encouraging sales representatives to hit their quotas and assessing them according to how well they meet or fall short of those targets.
