Job Description :
- Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned region
- Develop a complete understanding of organization structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage, and sales revenue goals through successful development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans.
- Is accountable for achieving bookings, revenue and gross margin objectives.
- Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competitor activity, customer needs and regional climate.
- Responsible for Recruitment, Training & Retention.
- Must have handled a Sales team of TL, SME or Managers.
- Must have B2C Sales Experience only.
- Must be fluent in Marathi and Excellent in English communication.
