Job Description :
- Provide corporate vision and leadership for the allocated region.
- Develop a thorough awareness of the organization's structure, customer requirements, competition activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage, and sales revenue targets by successfully formulating and implementing sales strategies and tactical plans.
- Regular sales performance reporting, covering sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competition activity, client demands, and area climate.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, and retention.
- Must have managed a sales team
- Only B2C Sales Experience is required.
- Must be fluent in Marathi and excellent in English communication.
