- Assistance in choosing the appropriate product depending on application and with accurate pricing
- Assistance in creating yearly budgets that include data on market potential and penetration targets.
- Market analysis by the region's designated industry potential and by the cities with significant industries.
- Make sure you respond to consumer communications and requirements promptly.
- Serve as the client's advocate and coordinate with the plant to ensure prompt delivery.
- Addressing and resolving a range of customer complaints in order to preserve a long-term connection with the customer
