Job Description :
- Give the designated region company vision and leadership.
- Through the successful formulation and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans, have a thorough awareness of the organization's structure, customer requirements, competition activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage, and sales revenue goals.
- Sales performance is reported on a regular basis, including sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competition activity, client needs, and area climate.
- In charge of recruitment, training, and retention.
- Must have prior experience managing a sales team.
- Only B2C sales experience is required.
- Must be proficient in Marathi and have excellent English communication skills.
