Job Description :
- Develop entry-level employees into effective salespeople.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies and plans
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
- Create individual quotas for team members and assign territory to them.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on time.

Age : 24 to 38 years old
