Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Conduct market research
- Have to sell life insurance through your team
- Identifying the best market strategy to achieve sales target
- Ideating unique ways to connect with Customers
- Comfortable with fieldwork
- Answering customer queries
- Ensure product knowledge by Life Insurance ways of training
- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Management and leadership skills
Salary: 2.40 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
