Job Description :
- A Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographical region.
Job Purpose :
- They are responsible for managing and growing the business within their assigned territory by building strong relationships with customers and agents, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing sales plans.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
- Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans.
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in insurance or banking
Age : 25 to 38 years.
