Territory Sales Manager - FMCG Beverages (3-5 yrs)

Sterlon Enterprises LLP is a startup in the food and beverages industry and is created to innovate in food products. We are looking for interns who can be a part of our startup journey through the launch of our hydration drink in liquid and powder form. The product will cater to the fitness industry along with regular consumers concerned more about their well-being and consuming a strict nutrition intake.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Conducting primary & secondary research in the local markets for the given product segment

2. Showcasing funnel management skills to conversion of leads

3. Generating meaningful customers and closing them eventually

4. Managing a network of channel members (distributors & retailers) on a daily basis

5. Driving primary & secondary sales in the assigned market

6. Working on the execution of marketing campaigns as per requirements

7. Managing P&L of the assigned territory

8. Keeping track of competition & providing timely inputs to the management

9. Achieving assigned targets month-on-month
