Core Job Responsibilities

- Primary and Secondary sales target achievement.

- Regularly visiting the market and ensuring visible availability of our brands.

- Ensuring all processes & SOPs are followed without any exceptions as per company policy.

- Motivating & driving the team of ISRs to achieve business objectives.

- Position Accountability/Scope

- Sales & Execution responsibility of assigned geography.

Internal - sales team at HO, marketing and other backend & support teams in HO.

External - Distributors and other related or defined customers.
