Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Vadodara. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets within the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.

2. Identify and prospect new customers through market research, referrals, and cold calling to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.

3. Conduct thorough sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products and services.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on commitments.

6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.

7. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and mitigate potential risks.

8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team, utilizing CRM software and other sales tools effectively.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices to continuously enhance sales effectiveness and contribute to the organization's success.

10. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, insights, and support colleagues when needed.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 1 to 5 years in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

3. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and territory management.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs, propose effective solutions, and address challenges.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales activities as required.

9. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
