Roles and responsibilities :


1. Recruit Business Associates and grade consultants.

2. Compelling by marketing career prospects to forthcoming advisors.

3. Provide that counselors undergo ceremonial movement on products, restrictions, and other selling inputs.

4. Observing the arrangement and pursuit of daily workout tracking consultants.

5. Motivating advisers in order to memorize the performing advisors and presenting special attention to intermediate performers and providing needs-based training.

6. Inculcate by-products as well as practical apprenticeship to the advisors by chaperoning them to client meetings.

7. Navigating them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

8. Doing an analysis of the need of the consumer and ensuring a high level of consumer satisfaction leading to customer delight.

9. Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.

10. Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
