About the Company : New Bazaar Technologies is a startup which specializes in providing a digital affordability option for customers at point of purchase (EMI). The company has partnered with 10,000 retailers and several banks to offer consumer loans to over 45 million customers. The Company has successfully completed its pilot in Bangalore and has now major expansion plans to roll out in 25 cities across India. Founders are from premier institutes (IIT/IIM) with strong domain experience in Fintech Industry.

- The company has received their first round of investment of 40 Crs from venture capitalist to support this expansion plan and further. The company is looking at creating a robust team who have the temperament and zeal to walk through this journey for exciting times ahead.

Purpose of this position - To generate business volumes from an assigned territory and also strengthen the brand value on the deliverables.

Key Skills required :

1. Merchant acquisition and Offline sales

2. Holds a large base of relationship with merchant establishments.

3. Responsible for overall volume growth from their region

4. Upholding high brand values

Experience :

1. 4-6 years of experience in Merchant acquisition and Offline sales

2. Prior experience in Merchant and brand acquisition

3. Candidates from FMCG, Fintech & Banking sector would be preferred

4. Must be Aggressive, hustler and hungry for growth

Key duties & responsibilities :

1. Responsible for achieving revenues from the assigned region

2. Build a pipeline of Corporate Customers and engage with them to bring closures

3. Build a business plan to achieve weekly/monthly targets with Inside Sales Team to assign, follow-up and close the leads

4. Responsible for ensuring Product Training to the Customer

5. Submitting Daily Sales Report to the ASM/RSM

6. Build and lead the team of Field Sales Executives for Door-to-door sales.Keep them motivated on daily basis to ensure coverage and numbers.

7. Ensure product feedback is circulated back to Product Manager/Presales for improving product features/performance Work
