Position: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies

- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team

- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

- Attend industry conferences and events to keep up-to-date with industry trends and network with potential customers
