Territory Sales Manager - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To form alliances with the bank that will be advantageous to both sides and help with customer acquisition.
- Gathering and evaluating client needs to enhance product pitches.
- Responding to objections and complaints and providing timely solutions.
- Helping new hires understand the company's principles and the required outputs.
- Create and grow branches for insurance sales.
- Inform sales representatives of their goals for the sales within a given time frame and provide them with guidance at every stage to ensure that they meet those goals.
- Increasing brand awareness in the assigned area will increase sales for the business.
- Keep an eye on rivals' sales activity and devise plans to outperform them.
- Report on current sales activity and achievement metrics to the company's head of sales.
- Meet or exceed predefined sales targets by implementing company-wide initiatives and creating creative tactics tailored to the territory.
- Analyze market trends, customer and competitor data, and business opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
