Designation: Tsm(Territory Sales Manager)
Location: Guwahati(Assam)
Responsibilities :
1. Network development / Sales promotion
2. Sales planning (Monthly/Quarterly/yearly)
3. Achieving Market share objective for the territory
4. Ensuring Dealer Funding adequacy for meeting the monthly / qtrly plan
5. Managing dealer/Distributors inventory
6. Ensuring Customer satisfaction level
7. Managing Channel relationship
8. Market feedback /Communication to reporting manager/ Leaders.
9. Implementation of company policies/scheme.
10. Order/Payment collection (manual /Portal)
11. Co-ordination between internal stakeholders (Ex. Retail finance, Commercial, Quality, service) & Problem solving.
12. Adherence to GEM'S Values & Policies, Code of conduct.
