We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory/Area Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and expanding our market presence within the designated territory/area.

- This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory/area.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and product lines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the sales team to drive productivity and effectiveness.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and make informed decisions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the [specific industry or sector].

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
