Territory Sales Executive - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

We are having Excellent opportunity with one of the one of the leading FMCG Company for Territory Sales Office. Please find the key responsible below:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales Focus : 

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands

- Monitor of secondary sales and mid course corrections and inputs

- Coverage, distribution and retail management

- Determine & secure selling infrastructure as per requirements

- Develop & execute territory, town & beat plans as per agreed norms

- Ensure category availability, and implementation of "Must Stock SKU's" as per norm 


Visibility & Activation : 

- Secure primary and secondary visibility as per plan in all targeted premium and special trade outlets

- Determine & ensure execution of Merchandiser route plans

- Supervise POS utilization as per norms, across outlets

- Regulate display contests and trade schemes as per plan

Distributor Management : 

- Identify & short list potential distributors and create distributor assessment reports

- Educate and train distributors on Company systems & processes

- Manage distributor pipelines, investment, and infrastructure.

Training & People Development :

- Facilitate hiring & induction of distributor sales reps to ensure alignment to - Company ways of working-

- Ensure periodic market contacts to distributor sales reps and enhance their performance

through on the job training & coaching

Monitoring and evaluating incentive plans for Distributor and Distributor reps.

Reporting and Systems : 

- Daily activity report

- JCM reports on town wise sales tracking and target Achievement

Code of conduct and compliance to stat / regulatory norms

- Adherence to code of conduct

- Conformation to all financial and administrative systems

- Compliance to statutory and regulatory norms
