We are hiring TERRITORY MARKETING LEAD for a leading Global Talent Development Corporation, building skilled manpower pool for global industry requirements. The company which was set up in 1981, to help the nascent IT industry overcome its human resource challenges, has today grown to be amongst world's leading talent development companies offering learning solutions to Individuals, Enterprises and Institutions across 40 countries.

The ideal candidate should have similar experience from B2C industry . The Job Location will be Chennai .

Job Role : TERRITORY MARKETING LEAD

Purpose of the Role : The position exists in order to manage lead generation, enquiries, enrolments and sales.

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue and order intake

2. Generate enquires thru leads

3. Strive to convert maximum number of Walk-Ins to enrollments

4. Ensure availability of FO tools across channels within 10 days of roll out

5. Optimize Student on Roll (SOR) percentage

6. Monitor and ensure adherence and compliance to QMS in FO

7. To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting Enrollments & Brand Collection targets for "Skills & career Group Business"

(Partner Centers), in the territory assigned.

8. Development and Implementation of Sales and field marketing strategies to establish deeper connect with Target customers/ employers/society & sustain growth thru positive W-o-M

9. Responsible to Drive Team's Motivation, Recruitment, development & performance management on regular (daily/wkly/mnthly) basis & achieve sales/conversion/Revenue targets.

10. Build powerful Low cost Brand Visibility and field marketing plans to create consumer pull, leading to rapid Business growth

11. To Create and Implement a strong Sales Funnel/ Enquiry/Walk-in Management system/ application across all locations.

12. Regular Contact(call) center/ other touchpoints' Data/Insights' capturing & analyzing to enhance Conversion/ sales Efficiency, city wise/ Touch point wise/team wise etc.
