Territory Manager -Virtual Satellite Officer - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
- We are looking for candidates with experience into Agency Sales or candidates with other BFSI sales experience with a network, and capability to recruit a team of Agents, and ensure sales through those agents.
- Experience of 2 yrs as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
- Loan sales / insurance sales / Mutual fund sales exp will also work
- Sales experience should be from General Insurance / Life insurance / Health Insurance background
Job Description:
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents.
- They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance and reporting.
