Territory Manager - Used Car Financing Business (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Deployment of business plans across functions & agencies
- Ensure recruitment and target setting for SCE's based out in different territories
- Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory
- Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory
- Achieve sales targets by conducting promotional activities
- Negotiate with the credit department for timely approval of loans
- Monitor the sales by conducting field visits and meeting dealers.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in sales of Retail Business
- Knowledge of regulations around Retail financing
- Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
