Territory Manager - Sales - Used Car Loan (2-6 yrs)
- Territory Manager-Used Car Loan
Location : Mehsana/Junagad
- CTC is UPTO; 6.5 LPA
- Responsible for achievement of Target business numbers provided at the beginning of the year.
- Recruit, manage and motivate team of FOS
- Responsible for their productivity/targets
- Assist team to source potential customers through DSAs/references/cold-calling.
- Building DSA relationships
- Keep check on process and compliance
- Maintaining Processing Fee% as desired
- Responsible for achieving Portfolio Yield (Product Mix) targets.
- Cross Sell Insurance
- Maintaining Portfolio Quality
- Maintaining X bucket resolutions as per target, ensuring no new addition to NPA's for cases booked
- Monitoring PDD MIS, PDD Pendency to be kept in acceptable limits
- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct
