Territory Manager - Sales - Two Wheeler Loan (3-18 yrs)
Designation - Territory Manager
Product -Electric Two Wheeler loan
Location -jaipur
CTC - Upto 6LPA
Experience - 1+ Years of experience in Tw loan
Roles & Responsibility
- Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals of Two Wheeler Loan
- Achieve key business matrices of IRR, Fee Income, Cross- Sell and Business Mix
- Collect Bucket X bounce cases and maintain the desired resolution%
- Track and update PDD - Post Disbursal Documents/ RC with Hypothecation of HFCL
- Identify, hire, train, manage and motivate the team as per budget headcount allocated.
- Assist in sale of repossessed stock to minimize the loss.
- Comply with all laid down company's guidelines and policies.
- Build a network of channel partners/ DSAs/ Dealers to source business.
- Do direct business target through team of retainers.
- Ensure proper service is given to channel partners to build harmonious relationship and grow the business.
- Track and report competition activities as part of market intelligence.
- Review and control the portfolio of the location
- Ensure Quality control on sales , strong supervisory control on the team.
- Managing customer complaints /grievances
