we have an Opportunity of Territory Manager Sales - Home Loans & Mortgage for our BFSI Client. The details are as below:
Designation: Territory Manager - Mortgage Sales
Location: Sarjapura - Bengaluru
Experience: 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Team Management and Development
2) Implementation of geography mapping
3) Project Approvals for the entire team/location
4) Performance review
5) Resolve disbursement related issues
6) BSA approvals for the team / location
7) Market Intelligence
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with an inclination towards sales
- Should have 7+ years- work experience in BFSI sector
- Should have team handling experience
- Must have managerial experience
- Must be well aware of the geographical area and resource mapping
- Must have prior experience of working in home loan department
