Designation : Territory Manager

Location : Chennai

Reporting to: RSM

Qualification: Science / Pharmacy / Nursing Graduate - OR any other degree with relevant experience

Experience : 3 - 5 years in Spine Industry OR relevant industry (Orthopedic / Neurosurgery)

Territory: part of Tamil Nadu

Job Profile:

- Achieve the base revenue target for the territory at a minimum and lay the ground work for sustained growth.

- Implement and achieve revenue targets for new projects (territory expansion, Instrument set sales, Etc)

- Maintain direct line of communication with Key Opinion Leaders in his/her territory and ensuring a healthy relationship with the organization - All interactions should be in line with the company's compliance requirements.

- Distributor Management - ensure timely payments and compliances to credit period / credit limits, settlement of any claims / issues, timely audits of inventory lying the location. 

- All interactions should be in line with the company's compliance requirements.

- Ensure ethical behaviour & promote a healthy working atmosphere.

- Ensure start up of business in newer areas within the territory.
