We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our customer base within a specific geographical area. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our reach.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our customer base within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our reach and increase revenue.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
