Job Description :
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- The candidates will be assigned a territory where they have to generate sales by recruiting agents.
They do not have to report to the office on a regular basis. The company will be providing a Tab, through which the candidates will look after the attendance.
Job Requirements :
Education : Graduation degree mandatory
Experience
- 1 year to 8 years of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
- Loan sales / insurance sales / Mutual fund sales exp will also work
- Sales experience should be from General Insurance/ Life insurance / Health Insurance
Communication :
Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Compulsory :
Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
