- Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively

- Training, motivating and coaching team members

- Strong Direct Sales Experience

- Leveraging Human Capital

- Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline

- 2-wheeler is a must

- Kannada and English-speaking mandatory

- Minimum 2-3 years of Team Handling experience

- Basic salary + Incentives (based on target achievement) + up to INR 4000/- Travel Allowances (monthly)
