Global Telecom MNC Requires Territory Manager (Channel sales) - Mumbai/ Indore/ Chandigarh/ Ludhiana. One of our client an Global Telecom MNC operating in over 100 countries wordwide dealing global leader in the storage solutions industry like pendrive, data cards, storage products used widely in homes, & Business. The client is a leader in this category & have operations in over 100 countries worldwide. The client is looking for Retail sales Officer for Ahmedabad

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-

Client - Leading Global MNC

LOCATION - Mumbai/ Indore/ Chandigarh/ Ludhiana

Position - Territory Manager ( Channel sales)

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 1- 4 years of experience in Distribution / Dealer network/ Channel sales role

Preferred Industry - Computer hardware/ Telecom/ Consumer durable

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :

Job Purpose :

- Regional Ownership of overall Retail Account Management

- Supervision of various RO activities in the region and feedback collation, suggests corrective actions

- Coordination with Channel and relationship management with Retailers, CD & ND

- Training and attrition management of the RO staff

- Resource allocation among the RO team in accordance with the sales and marketing requirements

- Marketing program rollout supervision, competition mapping

- Monthly and quarterly reporting on Retail Officer performance

- Maintains business hygiene and raises red flags as required.

- Building relationship with Channel /Retail partners and increase volume of network

Skills and Abilities Required

- Experience- 2- 5 years channel sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful Field Research related projects.

- Experience in Channel Solution Selling with emphasis on strong account/territory management

- Highly motivated and results oriented

- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills

- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision"
