Job Description :
1} Roles and Responsibilities Handling a team and generating business through channel partner.
2) Handle 10-15 on roll team member
3) Provide 8-10 branches
4} Driving business through Branches in the Circle
5} Responsible for targets allocated to the Branches
6} Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
7} Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
8} Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market
9} Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries
10} Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate
11} 2-10 years of Experience in Life Insurance Industry; Having consistent performance with proven track records.
12} Team Management Skills
13} Well groomed, should have good communication skills
14} Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches
15} Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.
16} High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target
