Territory Manager/Area Manager - Sales - Recruitment (5-13 yrs)
Job Purpose Statement:
- Drive the growth of MSM/SME/Corp. sales business by acquiring new clients.
- Develop and establish partnerships with state-level and national-level associations for SME/MSME-related business.
- Generate revenue for the Emerging Market vertical.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support (Product Structure, Underwriting, Placement, Servicing, Claim Management) to locations/regions/states to foster the development of Corporate/SME business.
- Offer support and guidance to scale the SME/OTC line of Business in various locations/regions/states.
- Identify potential clients and actively generate business from them.
- Design products and implement processes aimed at scaling up business across all product lines.
- Identify and collaborate with various Associations (Small Enterprises) at the state or national level to strategically enhance business growth through their members.
- Take responsibility for implementing business processes and controls in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to established business processes and controls mandated by the Head Office, ensuring strict compliance with regulations outlined by IRDA.
