Job Description :
- Develop sales plans & strategies that will deliver Territory sales performance targets, support sales growth & distribution capacity in sink with Zonal Business Strategy.
- Work with Unit Leaders, effectively.
- Reporting to ZM.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Cand should be a Grad/PG with 7-10 Years Exp sales in a Life Insurance Company.
- Presently working as a Branch Manager in life Insurance Agency Sales
- With Good Comm & Presentation Skills
- Fluency in English Must.
